Exit/Entry Surveillance Lighting & Camera Direction
During 2013–2014, a pioneering surveillance enhancement concept was introduced in Pakistan for exit and entry points, particularly at major check posts and city entry/exit routes in Lahore. This system included strategic installation of lighting arrangements and optimized camera directional alignment to ensure improved visibility during low-light and nighttime conditions. The solution focused on enhancing surveillance effectiveness in darkness by properly illuminating vehicles and surrounding areas, while synchronizing camera angles for maximum coverage of entry and exit lanes. This approach significantly improved monitoring accuracy, vehicle tracking clarity, and situational awareness in critical checkpoint environments. This implementation represented an early structured attempt to combine lighting engineering with surveillance camera positioning for operational security enhancement, particularly in environments where visibility and rapid identification of vehicles were essential. Further innovations included remote surveillance capabilities, live streaming to control rooms, multi-layer reporting systems, and real-time monitoring dashboards accessible by authorized government and police officials. These solutions enabled multi-user, multi-location viewing environments, improving operational coordination and decision-making. From early analog systems to modern IP-based surveillance ecosystems, continuous research, development, and field deployment efforts have contributed to the evolution of smart security infrastructure, bridging traditional monitoring systems with modern intelligent surveillance and remote command technologies.

From 2007 onward, operations expanded into the field of marketing engineering, advertising technologies, and integrated business development solutions. This phase included delivering complete digital and physical marketing support systems for clients across multiple industries, combining technology infrastructure with business growth strategies. Initially, services focused on providing clients with website development alongside structured marketing plans, branding solutions, banner media design, and large-format printing support. This included collaboration with high-capacity printing systems such as MMT and industrial-scale printers capable of producing large advertising materials ranging from 10 feet to 60 feet for outdoor and commercial branding campaigns. Alongside advertising production, technical engineering support and maintenance services were also provided for printing and advertising equipment, including reverse engineering, repair, and lifecycle maintenance for large-format printing systems used in the advertising industry. From 2014 onwards, advanced marketing systems were introduced, including SMS-based customer marketing campaigns with name-based targeting, enabling businesses to reach segmented audiences effectively. These solutions were widely implemented across property sectors, housing societies, and commercial organizations, including well-known real estate developments such as Bahria Town, DHA Lahore, and Kings Park Gwadar. The service portfolio further expanded into IT integration for restaurants, cafes, and retail businesses, supporting branding, booking systems, and customer engagement strategies. From 1998 to 2026, extensive work has been carried out in the field of security surveillance systems, evolving from basic analog CCTV setups to modern high-definition, IP-based, and hybrid surveillance architectures. Early implementations included monochrome monitor-based systems, progressing to color CCTV, digital recording solutions, and eventually high-definition cameras integrated with network video recording (NVR) and hybrid/tribrid surveillance platforms. During this technological evolution, comprehensive surveillance infrastructures were designed and deployed for corporate environments, industrial facilities, and high-security applications. These included centralized multi-monitor control rooms, real-time monitoring centers, and integrated command setups capable of managing multiple camera feeds simultaneously with advanced recording and playback capabilities. A significant focus was placed on integration with law enforcement and security agencies, including specialized deployments for police departments and government institutions. These systems extended into vehicle-based surveillance solutions, where mobile monitoring units were developed with high-grade surveillance integration, onboard live viewing screens, and secure communication links to central control rooms. Advanced mobile command vehicle solutions were engineered with professional-grade wiring, protected electrical systems, and stabilized power infrastructure including UPS backup systems and 220V internal power setups. These mobile units were designed to support continuous operations, even during high-speed vehicle movement, ensuring uninterrupted surveillance and data transmission. Developed efficient, cost-effective printing environments while ensuring quality, reliability, and the use of genuine consumables for corporate and commercial customers.
Industrial Automation & Communication
From 1996 to 2010, extensive work was done in industrial communication, automation, device integration, and early Machine-to-Machine (M2M) technologies. This period saw successful integration of various electronic devices, sensors, controllers, modems, CCTV systems, alarm systems, and custom hardware using Parallel Port, Serial RS-232, RS-422, and RS-485 communication protocols. During this era, when such technologies were limited in Pakistan, we designed and deployed Real-Time Auto Alert Systems, Email Notifications, Popup Alert Mechanisms, Remote Monitoring Solutions, and Event-Based Monitoring Systems to deliver instant notifications of specific events to computer systems or remote users. In the early days of telecommunication, we provided practical services in the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Dial-up Modems (14.4 Kbps, 28.8 Kbps, 33.6 Kbps, 56 Kbps, and later high-speed modems), Remote Connectivity, Internet Access Solutions, E-mail Systems, and Remote Data Communications. We also worked on Smart Home Automation, remote control systems, sensor-based monitoring, auto alerts, device-to-device communication, CCTV integration, control systems, and early IoT-style solutions, bridging hardware devices to computerized automation environments. Furthermore, custom hardware interfaces, control software, protocol integrations, and technical consulting established a solid foundation for future smart security, intelligent surveillance, and modern IoT platforms.

From 1994 to 2008, we specialized in professional printer engineering, sales, technical support, maintenance, and component-level repair services for a wide range of industry-leading printer brands, including HP, Epson, OKI, Shinko/Seikosha, IBM, and other commercial printing technologies. Our technical capabilities extended beyond routine maintenance to board-level diagnostics and repairs, printhead servicing, controller boards, power supplies, interface modules, ribbon mechanisms, laser scanner units, fuser assemblies, sensors, cables, mechanical assemblies, and consumable component replacement. We provided comprehensive maintenance solutions for dot matrix, inkjet, and laser printers used across corporate, banking, manufacturing, and government environments. In addition to supplying spare parts and technical services, we supported authorized service providers, enterprise customers, and system integrators with advanced repair capabilities, fault diagnostics, refurbishment, lifecycle extension, and cost-effective maintenance solutions.
